Alex grew up in Penistone, so is excited to return to a local kitchen. Having worked in restaurants in Manchester, Australia and travelling up and down the UK on the Orient Express train, Northern belle Alex will be looking to use a range of local produce to create classic British food.

Lewis grew up in Sheffield and has been working in professional kitchens since the age of 14. Starting his career as a pot washer, he has worked his way up through the kitchen ranks, gaining valuable experience, developing his skills and building his passion for food along the way. Now newly promoted to joint Head Chef, Lewis brings years of hands on experience, dedication and enthusiasm to The Spencer Arms kitchen.
